LEAD CARPENTER
Complete rough and finish carpentry, cabinet installations, demo, delivery and more
Responsibilities include:
Effectively supervise the work of all carpenters, providing guidance when necessary.
Generate accurate materials list
Coordinate deliveries and returns of project materials
Review rough and finish quotes
Effectively communicate with clients, trade partners, vendors and team
Communicate schedule and hours with production manager on each assigned project
Abide by all health and safety standards and report issues
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience as a carpenter
Must have valid driver’s license
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication skills
Team player with leadership mindset
Working Conditions
40-hour work weeks are typical, however extra hours may be required during busier seasons
Must provide own tools
